How is the program delivered?

After purchase, you'll receive immediate access to our member portal where you can download the complete 12-week program PDF, access the video library, and nutrition guide.

Do I need special equipment?

The program includes options for both gym and home workouts. While some HYROX-specific equipment is ideal, we provide alternatives for those with limited equipment.

Is this okay for Hyrox newbies?

Yes! The Starter Plan is designed to help you go at your pace. The beauty of HIIT training is that if you're strong, you go harder and push more reps out, if you're a newbie, you back it off and keep things nice and steady. The program progressively builds your fitness and technique from week 1 to week 12.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

The program requires at least 3 but up to 4-5 training sessions weekly, each lasting 45 - 60 minutes. We provide scheduling options for both weekday warriors and weekend trainers to fit your lifestyle.

What equipment do I need

Ideally you'll need access to a gym or home setup with dumbbells, kettlebells, a sled, wall balls, and cardio machines. Don't have access to everything? No worries – we provide creative alternatives for nearly every exercise that can be done with minimal equipment.

I'm worried about a particular station (like the sled push). Will this help?

That's exactly why we created this program! Each HYROX station receives dedicated training focus, with extra time and effort spent the main challenges like the sled push, wall balls, and sled pull. We'll turn those fears into your strengths and help you build confidence on the way through.

What if I'm not fit enough yet?

If you can jog for 10 minutes and do a basic squat, you're ready for our program. We start at an accessible level and build progressively. Many of our most successful clients began with their own fitness concerns but work into the program with a few workouts a week and then build from there!

Is there a refund policy?

Yes! We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely confident in the program after two weeks, simply let us know for a full refund. We're that certain you'll love it.

Do you offer coaching as well?

YES! We love offering coaching and do this with our athletes in studio (like the picture you see behind the text) or online. We totally realise everyone works differently so we offer the Starter as a good option if you're just wanting to see what the world of Hyrox is about and prefer training on your own. The Coached option is ideal if you want personalised adjustments and regular feedback on your form and help managing your body or any injuries. All Out is perfect if you're aiming for a hands on coach and want maximum support with weekly 1-on-1 coaching and custom nutrition and race day planning. What happens after I register?

Self-Guided members get immediate (give it 15 minutes – and check your spam!) access to the Program, and over the first week we'll send you through all the information you need to get started and have an EPIC training block into Hyrox. If your emails don't land, no stress at all – reach out to Loz or Jono at [email protected]. While Coached and Elite members will also receive a scheduling link for their first coaching session. For our Coached and All-Out members, within 24 hours of registration, you'll receive a welcome email with your program access details, and initial assessment instructions.

What type of results have your clients got working with you?

Results vary by fitness level, but across our programs, first-timers typically finish between 1:10 - 1:40. But above all we make sure all our clients get to their HYROX event feeling prepared and confident, regardless of their finishing time!

Can I upgrade to a coached plan later?

If you decide you want more personalized support, you can upgrade to our Coached plan at any time during the 12 week period, and we'll credit your Starter Plan purchase. If you want to work with us for coaching in a different Hyrox event, let us know, we'll look after you!

Hey, I'm Loz!

Hey there! I'm Loz - I own the Fit For Life Studio and I'll be your head coach! Over the past 15 years I've helped thousands of local men, women, mums, dads, and even school kids transform their bodies, and minds with a hybrid training approach where

1. we get you strong with weights based sessions and

2. help you shed stubborn body fat with HIIT sessions.

But it doesn't end there, our accredited running coach Jono will take care of all things running and endurance for you and get you cruising past people on anything from a 5k Parkrun to a full marathon!
